These terms govern browsing Kivo websites, creating an account and using Kivo Med. The specific conditions shown in an offer summary supplement these terms for that purchase.

Read these terms and the privacy policy before creating an account or confirming an order. You must have the legal capacity to purchase paid access; if you are a minor, your legal representative must be involved.

Your Kivo account lets you sign in with a verified email address or Google. Provide accurate information and keep your contact address up to date.

Access is personal. Keep your credentials confidential, do not share your account, and sign out on shared devices. Report any unauthorised use as soon as you become aware of it.

Kivo Med offers courses, quizzes, flashcards and study tracking tools. These resources support learning and do not replace your institution’s teaching and instructions or current medical reference sources.

Content is not a consultation, diagnosis or prescription. Do not use it to make patient care decisions. Results and statistics reflect your platform activities and do not guarantee a grade or exam success. You can report errors using the tools provided.

Before confirmation, the summary specifies the programme, accessible content, access period and total amount in Algerian dinars (DZD). Check these details before proceeding. Promotions are subject to the conditions and validity period stated in the offer.

Information explicitly labelled as provisional is not an offer to purchase. The applicable order price is the confirmed summary price; later price changes do not change that order.

Online payments take place on Chargily’s secure interface using the methods offered at checkout, including CIB or Edahabia. Kivo does not ask for banking security codes in a complaint form or by email.

Paid access is activated after the payment provider confirms payment. Returning to the website or an apparent debit alone does not confirm activation. Keep your order reference if payment remains pending or access is not activated so that it can be checked.

Free offers are activated under the conditions of their summary. Access is granted for the specified period and does not renew automatically.

For duplicate payments, incorrect amounts, failed activation or a service that does not match your order, email privacy@kivo.academy with your account email, order reference and a description of the issue. Never send your full card number, security code or password.

Kivo Med access is a non-refundable digital product after purchase: no discretionary refund is granted for a change of mind, partial use or non-use. This rule does not affect refunds, guarantees or remedies required by applicable law, including where the service is not provided or does not match the order. Deleting an account does not by itself cancel or refund an order.

Texts, illustrations, questions, explanations, software and branding are protected by their owners’ rights. Access allows you to consult resources and use the available features for personal learning, subject to statutory exceptions.

Unauthorised redistribution, resale, publication of paid content, bulk extraction and account sharing are prohibited. Third-party resources remain subject to their authors’ rights and licences.

Do not compromise Kivo’s security, access other people’s data, bypass access restrictions, manipulate results or disrupt the service. Reports and titles you enter must respect others’ rights and must not contain patient data.

When you join a challenge or share a session by link, some information becomes visible to participants or people with the link, depending on the feature. Check the displayed information before sharing and send links only to your intended recipients.

Maintenance, outages or necessary networks and providers may interrupt Kivo. Content may be corrected and features may evolve. These changes do not release Kivo from its obligations for access already sold.

You remain responsible for your equipment, connection and use of educational resources. Each party’s liability is determined by applicable law; no provision excludes liability or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Access may be restricted or suspended where necessary to protect accounts, service security or others’ rights, particularly in cases of abuse. Measures must be proportionate; notice and an opportunity to request review are provided where circumstances permit.

Paid access expires at the end of the purchased period for the relevant content. Account closure and personal data requests are also covered by the privacy policy.

The date at the top of this page identifies this version. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively reduce rights attached to a confirmed order. Material changes affecting an ongoing service must be communicated appropriately.

Services intended for students in Algeria are governed by Algerian law, subject to other applicable mandatory provisions. First seek an amicable resolution with Kivo. If this fails, remedies and competent courts are determined by law.
